Refund Policy

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care & hygiene products (for safety reasons)
  • Used or damaged items (unless received defective)
  • Items marked as Final Sale

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be processed or shipped.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If the issue persists, contact us
